ICON Training Company is committed to providing high-quality training services and ensuring transparency regarding registration, cancellation, and refund procedures. By registering for any training program, course, workshop, or learning service offered by ICON Training Company, you agree to the following Return and Refund Policy.
Registration in any training program constitutes a commitment by ICON Training Company to reserve a seat, prepare training materials, and arrange the necessary resources for the delivery of the training service. Refund requests are therefore subject to the conditions outlined below.
If a start date for the registered training program has not been announced within thirty (30) days from the date of payment, the participant may choose one of the following options:
Any approved refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the participant.
Participants who wish to withdraw before the official start date of the training program may request a refund subject to a deduction of twenty percent (20%) of the total program fee as an administrative and reservation charge.
The remaining balance will be refunded through the original payment method.
If a participant withdraws after the training program has officially commenced, a refund may be granted subject to a deduction of fifty percent (50%) of the total program fee.
Once the first week of the training program has elapsed, no refunds, cancellations, or withdrawals will be permitted under any circumstances.
Once a training program start date has been officially announced and confirmed to the participant, ICON Training Company reserves the right to apply the cancellation and refund provisions stated in this policy.
ICON Training Company may postpone or reschedule a training program due to operational requirements, instructor availability, insufficient participant enrollment, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Participants will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.
In such cases, participants may choose to:
Failure to attend a training program, whether in-person or online, does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or transfer unless otherwise approved by ICON Training Company.
For online training programs, attendance is recorded based on actual participation during live training sessions. Viewing recorded sessions does not constitute attendance and does not qualify a participant for refunds, credits, or certification eligibility.
Training certificates are issued upon successful completion of all attendance and program requirements.
Replacement certificates requested due to loss or damage are subject to a service fee of SAR 200 and may require proof of prior enrollment.
Certificate issuance fees are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and applicable regulations.
